These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the bk99 platform and all its services. When you create an account on bk99 or use any service on this site, you are automatically considered to have agreed to these Terms.

bk99 is an online betting and casino platform that provides a safe and reliable gaming environment for users in Bangladesh. bk99 services are available only to individuals aged 21 or older. If you are below this age limit, you must stop using the platform immediately. bk99 may request age verification at any time and reserves the right to suspend an account if the required documents are not submitted.

2.2 Account Creation Requirements

• Each individual may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts under the same person's name is strictly prohibited.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be true, accurate, and up to date.
• Account ownership may not be transferred or made available for use by a third party.
• Any change in information must be reported to our support team immediately.

2.3 Identity Verification

bk99 reserves the right to verify the identity of an account holder at any time. Providing a national ID card, passport, or other valid identification when requested is mandatory. Some services may be restricted until the verification process is complete.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bk99 account password and login credentials. You are accountable for all activities carried out on your account.

• Keep your password strong and change it regularly.
• Do not share your login credentials with anyone.
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify us immediately at [email protected].
• Always log out after using a public or shared device.

bk99 will not be liable for any loss resulting from a security breach of your account, unless that breach is directly caused by a fault in bk99's own systems.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

bk99 offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. Meeting the specified terms and conditions is mandatory to receive this bonus.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

A 25x wagering requirement must be met before a bonus can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.

Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = ৳25,000 must be wagered before winnings earned from the bonus become withdrawable.

4.3 Other Promotions

• Each promotion has its own separate terms and conditions, which are stated on the promotions page.
• Multiple bonus offers cannot be used simultaneously unless specifically permitted.
• bk99 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any promotion at any time.
• If evidence of bonus abuse or fraud is found, the bonus and associated winnings will be forfeited from the relevant account.

5.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount on bk99 is ৳300 (per method). We accept deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and Bank Transfer (e.g., Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank). Funds sent from third-party accounts or through any other means are not accepted.

5.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal processing is generally completed within 10 to 45 minutes. Bank transfers may take somewhat longer.

• Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the deposit.
• Winnings earned from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been met.
• Withdrawals may be delayed until identity verification is complete.
• bk99 may temporarily place a hold on withdrawals in the case of suspicious transactions.

5.3 Currency & Taxes

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳/BDT). Applicable taxes or charges may be imposed by the relevant payment provider and are the user's sole responsibility to pay. bk99 does not provide tax advice.

6.1 General Betting Rules

Bets placed on bk99 are considered final. A confirmed bet generally cannot be cancelled or changed. However, bk99 reserves the right to make necessary corrections in the event of a technical error.

6.2 Sports Betting

• Bet outcomes depend on the official result of the designated event.
• If an event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• If there is an error in market pricing, bk99 reserves the right to void that market.

6.3 Casino & Slot Games

Casino game outcomes are determined by an independent Random Number Generator (RNG). All games are operated in accordance with fair play principles. Each game has its own rules, which can be viewed within the game.

6.4 Live Betting

Odds in live betting change rapidly. bk99 is not liable for any issues arising from network or technical delays. In the case of disputed outcomes, bk99's decision is final.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bk99 platform:

• Money laundering or using funds from illegal sources.
• Attempting to gain an advantage through fraud, hacking, or any form of technical interference.
• Bonus abuse — claiming bonuses by creating multiple accounts or providing false information.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another member's account.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or errors.
• Operating bets using robots, bots, or automated software.
• Engaging in harassing behavior toward other users.

• Violation of any clause of these Terms.
• Evidence of providing false information or identity fraud.
• Evidence of bonus abuse or fraud.
• When required for legal or regulatory reasons.
• Extended period of inactivity.

bk99 will not be liable for the following:

• Bets lost due to internet disconnection or technical issues.
• Losses caused by the failure of third-party service providers.
• Losses resulting from the user's own negligence or security breach.
• Force Majeure events — any disruption caused by natural disasters, war, cyberattacks, or similar occurrences.

bk99 reserves the right to partially or fully amend these Terms at any time. The updated Terms, along with the update date, will be published on this page before the changes take effect.

Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the new Terms. It is therefore recommended that you revisit this page regularly.
